How do I request a refund?

Only deposits and/or invoice payments made within the past seven days are eligible under the platform’s refund policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original public address(es) used to transfer the funds onto Synbit. Refunds can be requested via the live chat feature or by contacting support through email. The seven-day eligibility window begins when the refund request is submitted.

If the user’s balance exceeds the membership withdrawal limit at the time of the refund initiation, any excess funds received from other users will be separated. These funds will be transferred into an escrow wallet, and the corresponding private keys will be sent to the original sender’s account-linked email address. After the refund is processed, the user’s account will be permanently closed.
