I traded coins but received less or none. why?

Synbit does not sell or buy coins from users. Synbit is simply a marketplace. Users place orders and, when two orders match, a trade is produced and coins are exchanged (traded) between the two users.

If you placed an order and you received fewer coins than expected (or none at all), then:

Your order might be pending execution. This means that there hasn't been any matching order and your order is sitting in the book waiting for a matching order. Under this scenario, you received no coins.
What you can do: You can either wait until the order is fully executed or you can cancel it.

Your order was executed partially and it is pending. This means that there was a matching order, but the amount was not enough, so your order was executed partially and the remaining portion is sitting in the book. Under this scenario, you received some coins but less than expected and you will receive the rest when the order is fully executed.
What you can do: You can either wait until the order is fully executed or you can cancel it.

Your order was canceled. This means that your order was canceled before it was fully executed (some portion may have been executed or not). Under this scenario, you received only the portion that was executed (perhaps nothing) and you will not receive any more.
What you can do: You can place a new order with the remaining amount.

You placed a market order and the order was large compared to the liquidity in that pair. A market order is an order in which you don't specify a limit price, which means the order will match with any other order at any price until it is fully executed. If your order was large compared to the liquidity you probably bought or sold coins at a very bad price. Under this scenario you received some coins but less than expected.
What you can do: Trades are final so there is nothing to be done.

Market orders are very dangerous so we ask for double confirmation and we even warn you that you may lose money if you continue.
It's worth mentioning that you traded these coins with another user (or users), but not with us, so we didn't profit from these trades.
